SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to anywhere within the UK - If you are an international customer please use the contact page to enquire. All postage will have 'proof of postage' Due to the current pandemic we can not and will not be held responsible for situations out of our control such as Royal Mail delays. We will keep our customers updated as much as possible. All postage will be sent Second class as standard unless First class has been selected. If you require next day delivery please get in touch as this could be possible. Please note, an additional cost would occur for this service. If your parcel is 'missing' but has been delivered according to the Royal Mail tracking then we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse or replace the item. We encourage all customers to check with neighbours // safe places before contacting us.  If your parcel has been lost in the post then we will replace the item after Royal Mail's 10 working day time limit

RETURN POLICY

We want to make your shopping experience with us as enjoyable as possible. If you wish to return your product we will happily give you a refund or exchange as long as it is within 28 days from the date of purchase. You must return the goods in the condition you received them. We cannot accept used or damaged goods. 

A refund will be processed once the goods have been received. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels. Unfortunately you will not be refunded any delivery charges.
